SITA
in New York run courses weekly and a significant problem
is ensuring that attendees from around the world have
the prior knowledge they will need to handle their course.
TNA designed and created the comprehensive ClassMATE
system in which training applicants visit the SITA web
site to view all scheduled courses, dates and locations
at a web site and choose a course.

The
system then automatically conducts on-line tests (via a
web site) for potential attendees, marks and records their
scores, updates a management database, generates appropriate
emails and provides analysis and reports for the training
manager. It also produces invoice data to bill attendees'
companies.
A powerful feature is that SITA subject matter experts
can generate their own on-line quiz questions and test
sets without the need to do any programming.
Currently being enhanced by TNA in many areas including
management reporting.
