Equipment training programs for airline staff 
 
The equipment installed at check-in counters, ticketing desks and departure gates at all airports is operated by airline staff and includes baggage tag printers and boarding card readers. TNA produced for SITA a suite of CBT programs to train staff in basic operating and fault-finding procedures.
    
  
 
Includes numerous video clips covering 29 devices and various software simulations. Initially delivered on CD-ROM in English, Spanish and Mandarin (on screen text and voiceover), TNA looked after everything from the graphics, programming and scripting to video editing, translation and studio recording.
