for Retail Phone Store staff 
 
TNA has delivered its latest e-Learning module for Phones 4u retail staff, 26th in the current series. The module explains and demonstrates the exciting new ‘Vodafone live! with 3G’ service using Flash animations and numerous video clips recorded by TNA straight from the screen of a 3G phone.

4u is one of the UK’s largest retailers of mobile
phones. TNA was selected from more than 10 potential developers
to script, create and maintain a major corporate e-Learning
system. Our team is now producing several new modules
each month covering new phone models, technologies and
corporate issues.
Phones 4U sales staff are busy people, so a crucial objective
was to make the modules fun and fast to use - each 10
minutes maximum with a brief quiz. Staff choose a module
from their own learning page on NetDimension's 'EKP' Learning
Management System (LMS) held on the company's intranet.
The module launches on their local PC - the same systems
that are used as sales terminals.

On
completion, all progress data and quiz scores are saved
(via AICC data exchange) to the LMS for management reporting.
The narrated modules are created in Macromedia Flash and
are rich in animation, interactions and examples. TNA
implemented and customised the LMS as well creating the
reporting facilities.
Benefits:
Staff fit their learning/revision into busy schedules
and the small modules keep the overhead low. New modules
can be created and made available within a couple of weeks,
enabling fast reaction to changing events/technologies and opportunities.
Management can now see the progress and competence of
all staff by individual, store and region. |
