SITA
has been a client of TNA since 1992, with 16 eLearning
projects delivered.
This ambitious project sets out to provide a comprehensive
grounding in all aspects of air travel and transport,
to equip SITA staff in different departments with the
understanding and knowledge to deal effectively with their
own customers.
The course comprises a number of modules which are being
developed and placed on-line for internal use. |
